1. Organizer
Groove Station is a small business (Kleinunternehmer) under §19 UStG. We don’t charge VAT.

2. Classes, Workshops & Events

• We offer weekly drop-in classes (Wednesdays), occasional workshops, and help organize dance events.
• Prior registration needed to reserve your spot.
  

3. Payment

• Payments are made in cash on-site or online (for specific events)
• No refunds for cancellations or missed workshops/events.
• However, you may transfer your spot to someone else with prior notice.
  

4. Discounts

• Discounted rates available for students under 27 years old (with valid ID).
• Others in financial difficulty can contact us directly.
  

5. Class Format

• We rotate partners to support learning, but you’re welcome to stay with your own partner if you prefer.

6. Filming Policy

• Filming is allowed at the end of class, for personal use only.
• Please don’t post videos online unless we’ve agreed to it.
  

7. Safety & Responsibility

• Dancing and participating is at your own risk.
• Groove Station is not responsible for injuries or lost belongings.
• To protect the dance floor, please bring clean indoor shoes and change before class. Outdoor shoes are not allowed during dancing.

8. Inclusivity & Code of Conduct

• Groove Station is a welcoming and inclusive space for everyone, regardless of background, gender, race, age, body, or dance level.
• Respect and consent are core to our community.
• Harassment or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
